I bring a unique combination of operational leadership, business strategy, and residential construction experience to every project and client relationship.
My professional background includes more than 25 years of leadership and operational management experience, including overseeing multimillion-dollar operations, opening and scaling new markets, and leading teams focused on growth, quality, and execution. Over the past 17+ years, my work has focused heavily on luxury residential remodeling, design-build project development, cabinetry operations, and construction leadership.
I previously founded and operated my own design-build company for nearly 15 years before successfully selling the business. Since then, I have held leadership roles with some of the Washington region’s most respected residential remodeling firms, including roles focused on business development, operations, project leadership, process improvement, and market growth.
What continues to drive me most is helping clients navigate complexity. Whether working with a business owner refining operations, a homeowner planning a major renovation, or a client seeking experienced representation during construction, I believe successful projects come from thoughtful planning, honest communication, disciplined systems, and accountability throughout the process.
As a business coach and mentor, I work with successful chief executive officers and company leadership teams to improve profitability, navigate business transactions and challenges of all sizes, and create long-term growth strategies.
